RE:YOU relied on manual processes for their programs and coaching. Our challenge was to transform this into a seamless digital experience by building a mobile app and backoffice platform that streamlined operations, enhanced user engagement, and scaled their impact while preserving their core methods.

User Groups

The platform is designed for health-conscious women in Sweden seeking to improve their well-being, along with the coaches who support them. Through user journey mapping, we identified the needs of both groups, guiding us in defining an MVP that offers personalized coaching, intuitive tools, and tailored wellness solutions for impactful results.

Mobile App

The app offers personalized wellness with daily/weekly programs, individual coaching, progress tracking, healthy recipes, questionnaires, and seamless payments. Each feature is crafted to keep users engaged and focused on sustainable results.

Scalable Backoffice Platform

The platform streamlines management with features like user overviews, questionnaire results, chat, notes, and payment tracking. This all-in-one tool enables coaches to efficiently manage client interactions and progress at scale.

Robust Tech Stack

The platform is powered by a robust tech stack, including Flutter for mobile development, Vue.js for a dynamic frontend, Supabase for real-time data, Strapi CMS for content management, and AWS for secure, scalable infrastructure. This ensures a reliable and seamless experience across all platforms.
